General Terms & Conditions

These general conditions summarize the event participation expectations. Competition-specific rulebooks and instructions issued by the Organizing Committee remain applicable to each challenge.

1. Registration & Information

Participants are responsible for providing accurate, complete and authentic information. Registration details and uploaded identity documents may be used for competition administration and verification.

2. Payment & Confirmation

Registration is not finally confirmed until the required payment has been successfully recorded and the Organizing Committee completes its confirmation process. Participants should retain their registration number for future communication.

3. Attendance & Reporting

Participants should report to the designated registration area at least 20 minutes before their scheduled check-in time and complete the required registration procedures.

4. Briefing, Safety & Instructions

Participants are expected to attend official briefings and comply with safety requirements. Instructions and announcements issued by authorized officials must be followed throughout the event.

5. Restricted & Operational Areas

Unauthorized operation, testing or modification of competition equipment, and entry into restricted competition, flight, runway or technical areas without permission are prohibited.

6. Conduct & Fair Competition

Participants must maintain professional and respectful conduct, compete fairly and honestly, and avoid actions that compromise safety, disrupt the event or affect others.

7. Equipment & Venue Care

Participants are responsible for the safe handling of their equipment and must use competition infrastructure, venue facilities and organizer-provided resources with appropriate care.

8. Media, Privacy & Restricted Recording

Photography, video recording or live streaming in restricted operational areas is prohibited unless authorized. Participants should respect the privacy and safety of others.

9. Health & Safety Reporting

Participants should inform the Organizing Committee of relevant medical conditions or special requirements and promptly report injuries, accidents, equipment failures or safety concerns to responsible officials.

10. Organizing Committee Authority

The AAUB Authority retains final authority to interpret, administer and enforce competition rules and to take decisions necessary for a fair, safe and orderly event, subject to the official competition rules and procedures.

Important: Track-specific technical requirements, competition procedures and safety rules are governed by the respective official rulebooks. Participants should review the rulebook for their registered challenge before attending the event.
