The competition will take place at the Aviation and Aerospace University, Bangladesh (AAUB) Lalmonirhat Campus, located at Airport Road, Mahendranagar, Lalmonirhat-5500, Bangladesh. All major competition activities, including registration and scheduled events, will take place at this venue. Participants are requested to arrive on time and follow the instructions provided by the Organizing Committee.

Participants can travel to Lalmonirhat from Dhaka by bus or train. Direct train services are available between Dhaka and Lalmonirhat, including the Lalmoni Express and Burimari Express. Several bus operators also provide services on this route, including Nabil Paribahan, Hanif Enterprise, Burimari Express, SR Travels, and Shah Ali Paribahan. Regular local transport and train services are also available between Rangpur and Lalmonirhat. From Lalmonirhat town, the AAUB Lalmonirhat Campus can be reached by local transport via Airport Road, Mahendranagar.

As a relatively new university, AAUB currently has limited residential and hall facilities, so we are unable to provide accommodation for participants. Therefore, participants coming from outside Lalmonirhat are requested to arrange their own accommodation. Several residential hotels and guest houses are available within Lalmonirhat and Rangpur, where participants can stay according to their convenience. A list is provided in the competition website for your convenience. View List

The detail time schedule will be provided in the social media. Participants are therefore advised to arrive at the venue well in advance of the registration period. Each team must report to the designated registration area at least 20 minutes before its scheduled check-in time and complete all required registration formalities. All participants are required to carry a printed copy of event day entry pass throughout the competition and present them upon request by authorized officials.

Yes. Teams are responsible for bringing all the supporting equipment they may require during the competition. This may include laptops, batteries, chargers, converters, multi-plugs, tools, and other necessary equipment required to operate, maintain, or troubleshoot their UAV/Rover/Robot. Participants should ensure that all essential equipment is properly prepared and brought to the venue, as the Organizing Committee will not be responsible for providing these items.
